You will receive a box full of all-natural treats and purpose-driven toys with a surprise BarksJOY goodie, specially curated based on your dog’s needs.

Every box contains all-natural, single-ingredient treats that are protein-packed and perfect for dogs with allergies, diabetes, are overweight, or on a diet. These are free from any harmful ingredient and filler, such as wheat and corn, that may risk the nutritional value of the treats.

BarksJOY chooses local suppliers who carefully and lovingly select only the freshest and high-quality ingredients to ensure the safety of your dogs.

Sure! A regular BarksJOY Box contains three pouches of treats and two toys, while the BarksJOY Jr. contains two treats and a toy, and the BarksJOY Mini has a pouch of treats and a toy.

BarksJOY highly values the element of surprise, so we make sure to carefully curate each box with your dogs’ allergies and needs in mind. So just sit back and let BarksJOY do the work. 😉

Technically, every BarksJOY box is the best, but to make sure that you receive the right one for your doggo, head-on to this link to let us know about its allergies, size, and more.

We also recommend subscribing to the regular BarksJOY box containing three pouches of treats, two toys, and a training guide, to ensure that you and your doggo experience the joy all month long!

You will be receiving toys and treats based on your dogs’ individual profiles, so unless your dogs have the same allergies and needs, a box filled with different types of goodies would be delivered to you.

To subscribe, tell us something about your fur-baby by answering the short quiz here! Then, choose a box here.  After this, let us know your address, contact details, and payment information, then your monthly dose of joy will be delivered straight into your homes. 💛

We encourage the Hoomans to pay via PayPal since it automatically processes the payments on the first of every month. If you have any concerns about this, kindly contact the BarksJOY team.

The billing cycle starts on the first of every month. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please feel free to send a message us here.

For our current subscribers and new subscribers who signed-up from the 1st until the 9th day of the month, your boxes would be shipped at the 10th day of the month. As for the Hoomans who subscribed at the 10th to the last day of the month, your boxes will be shipped 2-3 days after placing your order with three to seven days of delivery lead time.

Sorry about that, Hooman! Please accept our sincerest apologies. BarksJOY is doing its best to make sure that you get a joyful experience out of every box so we make sure that it leaves our hands with utmost care.

Since the boxes are transferred from a location to another location using different vehicles, it’s tough to track down where the damage may have originated, but let us know your concerns and kindly contact the BarksJOY team.

We do not accept returned items from an unfaulty BarksJOY box. If you find an item that’s not loved by your dog (we hope not), we ask you to kindly donate it to another doggo or a shelter near you, so we could continue spreading joy.

But if you’d really like to cancel your subscription, head on to the My Account > View Subscription page, then select Suspend or Cancel. To avoid being charged, make sure to cancel before the billing period.

Yes! If your subscription expired, has been canceled, or put on hold, you can always reactivate it by clicking the Reactivate button on the My Account >View Subscription page.
